Photos that help

Photos are optional. Brand and model are enough to start. If you’re not sure which key or clip you need, these help us compare against our references:

  • The whole keyboard, from straight above
  • A close-up of the spot where the key is missing, including the clip if it’s visible
  • The underside of the loose keycap, if you have it

Cover any serial-number sticker first. Please don’t pry off working keys to photograph them.
